Sienna.

My first fashion icon I had was when I was five, Melissa Joan Hart from Clarissa Explains it All (yikes). Yet, I soon grew out of neon short leggings, bad plaid and bejeweled vests. For a solid 12 years I did not have one, until I was 17 and saw Sienna Miller in "Alfie". Not the best movie, but oh the fashionista on the big screen was enough for me to become obsessed. Sienna Miller embodies all forms of coolness. I mean, she relaunched the 70's style for goodness sake. She is the reason girls go running around (or did..) in hippie bands, crochet and denim vests (Clarissa homage perhaps?). The Brit does not loose her edge even in the most formal of events. Her golden glow and fresh face carry her free-spirited style, which goes to prove confidence is the best ensemble. She is a festival going, music loving and free-thinking bombshell. Oh and she has been on the cover of Vogue a bajillion times.

Looks as if neon is back on the mountain...yet this time it's so much better. I actually
have to say I purchased one of the above items today, and I'm not telling which one, you will have to wait and see the beauty in person. I am going skiing all weekend, and can't wait to bust out the neon. Scott has some awesome neon goggles out and K2 has some awesome neon skis, as well as Burton and their boards..as always.

Take me to snake valley. Albuquerque, San Jose or even Death Valley. The desert color palette is ideal for being a bad ass. Dry hues, reptile prints, luxe leather and bright bursts are perfect for pulling off this dangerous persona. Anything that allows me to mix tie-dye and leather...I'm in.Visit TopShop for more of the collection to come.

Wild flowers, cut-out lace and delicate embroidery is ultimately what I think of in the Swedish aesthetic.
Loose braids and high stockings, soft cotton and mixed prints embodies the easy-going and earth-loving collection that TopShop has launched for Summer 2011. I am thirsting for summer and I am nearly dehydrated...thankfully, TopShop is here to quench it. Clogged heels, home-good hues and sweet linens are kindly enough the rage.
